Gwen is a food and lifestyle health coach that works with high achievers with smart time management so that they can focus on self-care while being more efficient than ever. She has spent the majority of her career working in the Food & Beverage industry. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
Her main areas of focus are: Wholesome nutrition, Quality sleep, Work/Life balance.
Passionate about holistic healing and mental health, Emilie is a certified ICF-ACC Resilience Coach. To better serve her clients she is pursuing a training as medical coach focusing on PTSD, chronic diseases, stress management and burn-out. Her core specialties are stress management, emotional mastery and sleep quality to help you bounce back and thrive in adversity.
Certified Naha aromatherapist, she also likes to use essential oils to enhance the mood of the clients, help them to cope with stress, improve their sleep patterns and/or to better support them on emotional level.
Nikki is a holistic health & embodiment coach who guides individuals home within themselves. Through embodiment practises such as yoga, skilful 1-1 and group coaching, as well as soul soothing sound baths, clients are able to shift from feelings of being lost & stuck, and engaging in self sabotaging habits to re-learning to trust their intuition, and embody peace, love & joy within.
Nikki is known for her work with trauma from a body-centered perspective, and helps clients access the innate wisdom of their body to guide the healing process. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
