What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the art of blending natural plant extracts in a variety of ways to heal the body, mind and spirit. In addition to be pleasant to the sense of smell, essential oils are a powerful complementary and alternative medicine, which can be used to promote health, relieve sickness and alleviates a variety of medical conditions. Aromatherapy can also be used as a preventative approach to various disorders, and to strengthen the immune system.

Each essential oil has its own unique healing properties; when used in a synergy, they can help various health conditions, from skin problems, muscular and arthritic pains to menstrual, respiratory and stress related issues. 


Aromatherapy can be very supportive to coaching, creating a more effective tool in guiding the client on his/her journey. Essential oils are powerful to emotionally support and uplift the client following our coaching session. 

Based on our conversation, I will create a personalised blend (synergy of different essential oils) that can be a personal inhaler, a massage oil or a synergy to use in a diffuser. I will educate you on the essential oils and how to use them to make sure it meets your needs either emotionally, physically or both. I like to use the essential oils from House of Pure Essence, which are one of the best 100% organic essential oils available in Hong Kong.
